Introduction

When making a purchase on the Layered website, the customer also agrees to Layered’s general terms. With the acceptance of our general terms and conditions, the customer agrees to the terms in full, acknowledges having received all relevant information, and agrees to the handling of personal data and cookies according to the policy of Layered.

A purchase agreement is entered into when Layered confirms the order by sending an order confirmation via email. The order confirmation is sent to the email address specified by the customer when placing the order. The order confirmation should be saved for any contact with the Layered customer service department or others within the organization.

Layered reserves the right to make price changes, final sales, and possible factual errors stated on our site or in our ads. Factual errors can refer to, but are not limited to, possible price errors, product descriptions, and incorrect stock balance. When you place an order, you will get an order confirmation sent to you via email. Layered reserves the right to change, at any time, General Terms and Conditions, prices, assortment, descriptions, and images on the website.

Purchase conditions

When making a purchase on Layered's website, you also accept Layered's general terms and conditions. With the acceptance of our general terms and conditions, the customer commits to the terms and conditions in their entirety, and that he has read all compatible information and consents to the handling of personal data and cookies in accordance with Layered's policy.

A purchase agreement is entered into in connection with Layered confirming the order by sending an order confirmation via email. Layered reserves itself for price changes, final sales and any factual errors that may be found on our site or in our advertisements. Factual errors mean, for example, but not exclusively, possible price errors, product descriptions and incorrect stock balances. When you place an order, an order confirmation is sent to you via email. If you as a customer cannot receive your ordered item at the agreed time, you will be charged for a new shipping cost or alternative return cost if you have canceled your purchase.

All our products come assembled, so be sure to measure so that the furniture goes through door jambs and stairs. Layered reserves itself for possible additional costs if the product cannot be carried in with standard carry-in. Layered reserves the right to change the General Terms, prices, range, descriptions or images on the website at any time.

Warranty

Layered applies the Swedish law on consumers’ right and offers a warranty period of three years from the date of delivery. The warranty covers only defects existing at the time of delivery and does not cover defects or damage caused by the Customer or by any other circumstance which Layered is not responsible for. For use wear the warranty period is two years from the date of delivery.

Disclaimer of liability

Under no circumstances shall Layered be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of its obligations hereunder.

Disputes and applicable law

These Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection therewith shall be governed by Swedish law.

Use of personal information

All personal information that vi get from you, Layered will have responsibility of. The personal information that you give to us will be used for safe deliverys to you, credit assesment and keep you updated with special offers. The information that you give out is only available for Layered and will not be shared with a third party.

Cookies

This website contains so-called cookies. A cookie is a small text file that will be stored on your computer that e.g. tells us your username on our website and if you are a new or returning customer. There are two different types of cookies, one that will be stored permanently on your computer and one called session cookies. This one is not stored on your computer and will disappear when you close your browser. Your browser must accept cookies, otherwise, you will not be able to put products in your shopping cart. Newsletter customer club
The membership of Layered Customer Club is free of charge and non-binding, and it is possible to unsubscribe at any time. You have to be 18 years old or older to join Layered Customer Club. If you are under 18 years of age, you can join by sending a signature from a parent or legal guardian to info@layeredinterior.com.

By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to the fact that LAYERED AB, Engelbrektsgatan 21, 114 32 Sweden, can send you marketing via e-mail, text messages, MMS and post regarding:
- Information about the brand LAYERED AB and other brands which may be marketed by LAYERED AB in the future.
- Information about the company LAYERED AB and offers, sales, competitions, events as well as other marketing initiatives from own stores and partners.
You also consent to the fact that LAYERED AB collects, registers and stores the personal information that you have submitted for the purpose of sending you marketing. Force majeure

Layered shall not be held liable for breach of the conditions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to explosions, fire, lightning strikes, severe weather, war, flood, or labor conflict (regardless of whether or not it involves our employees).

Prices

The following paragraph applies only to our retailers and trade customers. Whilst endeavouring to maintain prices, we reserve the right to alter prices without notice. Unless otherwise agreed, the price of the goods is inclusive of VAT, insurance and any import duties/taxes payable upon delivery to any international delivery destination. Layered provides minimum recommended retail prices for all of its products that need to be strictly adhered to.

How long we will store your data

We passionately love seeing our interior products on social media all over the world, and sometimes we may request to share these pictures in our own channels. The photos are published primarily on LAYERED websites but could also include LAYERED’s other channels, for example LAYERED newsletter, LAYERED Sales Catalogue or partner channels, showroom etc to give other customers a glimpse of their real-life uses.
